ANZAPNM Courses

The ANZAPNM runs the Continuous Assessment Program (CAP) and the Basic Sciences Course in Nuclear Medicine, both of which are essential components of advanced training in Nuclear Medicine in Australia.

All advanced trainees receive information (including a list of assignment topics) on the CAP early each year. It is recommended that the Basic Sciences Course be undertaken in the first year of advanced training, and all first year trainees receive a registration form and information about the course early each year.

ANZAPNM has produced a Syllabus for Advanced Training in Nuclear Medicine which is available to all supervisors and trainees from the ANZAPNM Secretariat.

ANZAPNM Award

The ANZAPNM also offers a Registrar Award for a trainee (both current and recently qualified) who gives the best oral presentation at the ANZSNM annual Scientific Meeting.
